Improve your conversion rate using commercial website photography

Matt from Photography Project is our goto-guy whenever we need any help in the image or photography department – we love working with Matt and the end result he produces is amazing!

We worked with Matt recently on a new client website for APMS Group, a specialist welding and metals fabrication company and with a single image Matt’s work completely changed the look at feel of the new website.

There is so much hype about using video online but very few people pay attention to the photos and images they use on their website. The below “before and after” screenshots really highlight the power a single good photo or image can make to your website.

Before – no image

After – with a single commercial quality photo

Having high impact and professional photos is one of the quickest and easiest ways to have a website that stands out to your potential customers and represents your company at a high standard and can easily improve your conversion rate at very little cost.

Matt’s commercial photography portfolio really showcases the different ways you can use photography to promote your business both online and offline and further demonstrates the power of high quality photography.

The difference is huge. I’d love it if the photo were captioned to give it a deeper connection to the reader.. at the moment I can’t tell 100% if it’s a stock photo or not.

Yeah this one is a case where the photo is polished to the point where it feels a little stock-ish….in this particular market most competitiors are running sites that look like they came from frontpage to the professional feel is a massive win

The photo makes the page more lively. It kind of makes you want to stay there longer.
