A completely obvious, but usually overlooked, fundamental rule of ranking high in Google is making sure you have a page on your website for every product and service you sell or want to promote.
Each page of content needs to be appropriately matched to the search terms your prospective customers are using when looking in Google for that product or service, this discovery process is called keyword research.

Is Search Engine Optimisation right for me?
Well it depends, generally SEO is best for businesses where people are actively searching for a solution in Google. if people are actively searching for you or your type of business then the answer is yes! For some types of businesses other marketing channels like Facebook Ads or Instagram may be a better fit.

Do you work with all types of businesses?
No. We only work with businesses where we can get them a result. We don’t work with businesses doing anything illegal or that sit in a grey area. SEO is a long term game and often isn’t suitable for brand new businesses as they need a result FAST which means Adwords is generally a better option

Can I see the links you build?
No. This is for everyone’s own good. We don’t like exposing our tactics and would prefer you focus on the outcome, that is higher rankings, more organic traffic and most importantly more sales, enquiries, bookings, calls and so forth.
How long does it take to get results?
Tough question and unfortunately the answer is “it depends”.
In some industries and markets you’ll see a noticeable result within a few months. In other markets it may take several months.
It largely depends on the competition in your market, how long you’ve had a website for, how much active marketing has been done on the site and the commercial maturity of your business.
SEO is a long term play and it’s important that your focus is long term. Expect at a minimum 3 months to see serious movement.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If in the first 30 days you’re not happy we’re happy to give you a refund. It’s important for us that you’re happy and you see results.
We don’t offer ranking guarantees as these are mostly cheesy sales gimmicks. What you’ll find is that most companies offering these, too good to be true, guarantees focus on some obscure keyword that is barely even commercially relevant to your business.
It’s important to understand that the search results can be completely different based on what device you’re using (e.g. computer, smartphone and tablet), where you’re searching from (e.g. the search results in Sydney are completely different to Perth) and in some cases what you’ve searched for previously (personalised search).
To add a little more here, focusing solely on keywords is a very limited approach. What ultimately matters is whether you’re selling products and services based on Google organic traffic.
Keyword positions and rankings are only a part of that puzzle. Here’s one example, neglecting other important elements like online reviews means that a competitor who ranks lower than you, but has more reviews and better quality reviews, may actually be getting more visitors and sales even though you outrank them.
Another good example is website speed, if you rank number 1 in Google but your website crawls along like a snail then it’s likely a lot of visitors will lose patience and click away elsewhere instead of buying, booking or making an enquiry.
